About us
Carers Trust North Wales Crossroads Care Services is the leading provider of emotional and practical support for unpaid carers and the people they care for across North Wales. We are a registered charity, and a network partner of Carers Trust which is a national organisation of local charities.
We have over 35 years of experience of providing a range of services to carers in Anglesey, Ceredigion, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Gwynedd and Wrexham. We aim to improve the lives of carers by providing them with respite from caring, allowing them time to themselves knowing that the person they care for is in safe hands.
We are registered with the Care Inspectorate Wales to provide services to both adults and children and we are an Approved Provider of Care for the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board and the local authorities across North Wales and Ceredigion. Our support can therefore be given to carers and people with care needs of all ages and health conditions. Each service user will receive a unique home or community based bilingual service ranging from the low level provision of companionship to high level personal care.
All our staff are highly trained and qualified and all have undergone an up-to-date enhanced DBS disclosure check.

- Learning - we learn from the good practice of others in order to improve our services for carers and the people they support and we encourage others to learn from us.
- Language - we respect the diversity of culture and language within North Wales and ensure the delivery of a bilingual service as required.
