Fundraising for Carers Trust North Wales

The Lady Captain and members of North Wales Golf Club have been fundraising for our Dementia Centre in Conwy.
We are very grateful for the support of North Wales Golf club.
All funds raised for the centres make it possible to continue providing vital support for carers and people with Dementia across North Wales.
