Dementia Support Service Launch

Carers Trust North Wales and the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board are delighted to launch the brand new Dementia Support Service which went 'live' on 3 October 2016. The service has been set up to provide post-diagnostic information, advice and support to people newly diagnosed with Dementia and their families, and is available across all six counties of North Wales. Project Leader Lisa Jones (pictured left) said: I am excited to implement and be a part of a much needed service. Global Make Some Noise

Global Make Some Noise is the official in-house charity of Global, the media and entertainment group (Heart FM, Capital Radio, Smooth, Classic FM, LBC). We were over the moon when they chose Carers Trust North Wales as one of their Charities of the Year for 2017-18. Global Make Some Noise have already been raising money on our behalf with their Make Some Noise Day which they held on 7 October when everyone dressed LOUD!
