CARERS SUPPORT FUND

We are delighted to announce additional support that unpaid carers across Wales can now access.
The Carers Support Fund (funded by WG) will provide services and grant funding to support unpaid carers who are experiencing financial hardship due to the cost of living crisis and the ongoing impact of the pandemic.
Through this funding we at Carers Trust North Wales can offer direct grants to carers across North Wales (Anglesey, Gwynedd, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham) to help with food shopping, IT equipment, white goods, and other items. If you are an unpaid carer and would like to apply for a grant, simply download an application form here, or phone the office on the above number and we can send you a form through the post.

Also under this funding Wellbeing Officers will be able to offer unpaid carers information and advice, and this service is due to start in the New Year. Officers will be based across North Wales, and will be able to arrange appointments in your locality or, if preferred, in your own home. More information on this service will be available shortly.
