We are pleased to announce that our new North Wales Dementia Centre is now open!
If you live in North Wales and need information or advice, or are interested in our Dementia Services, please give us a ring on 01492 542212. Our Dementia Centre staff will give you a call back and have a chat over the phone or will book you an appointment at the Centre, based at the Quinton Hazell Enterprise Parc, Glan y Wern Road, Mochdre, Colwyn Bay, LL28 5BS.
